1. Fast & Local Shipping

All our products are stocked and shipped from professional warehouses within Australia (primarily Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane). This ensures faster delivery times and means you will never face hidden international customs fees.

2. Processing Times

Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable Australian couriers such as Australia Post, Toll, and Allied Express to ensure your home essentials arrive safely.

Metro Areas (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne): 3-5 business days.
Regional QLD, NSW, VIC & SA: 5-7 business days.
WA, TAS, NT & Remote Areas: 7-12 business days.
Note: These are estimates. Seasonal peaks or extreme weather may cause slight delays.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

5. Delivery Restrictions (PO Boxes)

Due to the size of many of our Home Essentials and the requirements of our courier partners, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

To ensure convenience, most deliveries are sent with "Authority to Leave." This means the courier will leave the package in a safe place if you are not home. If your delivery address is an apartment building or a high-traffic area, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the shipping label is created.
